If you would like additional blankets, we will be happy to bring them to your room.

Breakfast

In the time from 7.00 to 10.00 o’clock our rich breakfast buffet is ready for you. If you have a gluten or lactose intolerance, please let us know the night before.

City maps

City maps are available at the reception.

Conferences

For meetings and seminars our adjoining room is suitable for up to 30 people. The usual conference technology with beamer, screen and flipchart is available.

Credit cards

You are welcome to pay with your MasterCard or VISA card. However, please understand that we unfortunately do not accept cards from American Express and Diners Club.

Departure

We kindly ask you to leave your room by 11:00am on the day of departure.

Dogs

Well-behaved and house-trained dogs are welcome at no extra charge. However, we ask you to be considerate of other guests by keeping your four-legged friend on a leash throughout the hotel, restaurant and property.

Electrical connections

There are enough sockets in the rooms and bathrooms. These comply with the German standard with 230V/50Hz. Corresponding adapters are available at the reception.

All emergency exits are marked with green and white illuminated signs. Please refer to the posted escape route plan in your room.

Do you want to treat your loved ones a few days at the “Goldener Hirsch”? Just contact us, we will be happy to create personalized offers.

Guest bill

You can conveniently pay your restaurant bill on the day of departure together with your room. We ask for signature and indication of the room number in the restaurant.

Hygiene products

such as toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. can be purchased at the reception.

Please contact the reception desk.

Laundry service

Please put your laundry in the laundry bags in the room and hand them in at the reception. The finished clothes will be brought to your room within 24 hours.

Parking spaces

Video-monitored parking spaces for cars, motorcycles and bus are available for 5.00 € directly at the house. The use is at your own risk, no liability can be accepted for damage. For lockable single garages we charge 10,00 € per night.

Payment

To make your departure as relaxed as possible, we ask you to pay the evening before. In addition to the debit card, you can also pay with MasterCard or VISA card.

The reception is manned 7 days, 24 hours.

The restaurant is closed on Sundays.

Restaurant

Our restaurant “Mediterraneo” is open from 11:30am to 2:00pm and 5:30pm to about 10:00pm. Except during the festival, Sunday is a day of rest. You will find a small menu here. We will be happy to bring your choice to your room.

Room key

Please always leave your room key at the reception when you leave. The reception is staffed 24 hours a day.

Safe

For your valuables, safes can be rented free of charge at the reception.

Sewing supplies/service

Available upon request at the reception.

Shoe shine

A shoe shine machine is at your disposal at the exit to the parking lot.

Smoking

Due to legal regulations we have to ask you to refrain from smoking in our hotel rooms and in the reception area. A covered “smoking corner” is located at the exit to the parking lot on the right.

If you still smoke in the room, we will charge a special cleaning fee of 150€.

Stamps

We have postage stamps in stock at the reception.

Taxi

We will be happy to order a cab for you, please inform the reception. Please allow for a waiting time of about 15 minutes.
