Our house in the heart of Bayreuth is a privately run city hotel with 3-star comfort and its own personality. The style of our hotel is unpretentious and reminiscent of classical modernism in art and culture. Our Team
Service- and Reception
Antje Krüger has been working in our hotel as a service employee and at the reception since 2008. However, the original plan to work at the hotel only temporarily was quickly discarded. Antje simply didn’t want to miss the good working atmosphere and her colleagues. Known as the “doer” in the house, she developed to deputy manager through dedication and her amiable nature.
Reception
As the longest employee in our house, Matei-Stefan Tanaseanu knows the Hirschen inside out. Over 20 years ago, he initially supported our team as a night porter alongside his studies. Over the years, he developed into a permanent part of the reception team.
Housekeeping
Our whole team is always eager to make your stay unforgettable. Therefore, our chambermaids provide daily cleaning of the rooms and public areas of the hotel.
Service
Around the clock our service is at your disposal. In the morning our breakfast team welcomes you and our night porter leaves no request unanswered even outside typical business hours. The 24-hour care guarantees a smooth stay in our house.
